Last week, I made my case for Hudson Valley fashion and showed off one of my favorite accessories from Elizabeth Boutique that I wore to New York Fashion Week. Here’s another outfit, created using more pieces from Poughkeepsie-based shop!
Snow was on the ground in Manhattan, and I knew that I’d have to trudge up and down Chelsea and the Lincoln center areas at least a million times that day. (Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating. But when you’re on foot, it feels like you’ve been walking for an eternity.) I had six fashion shows to attend, and I wanted to be as warm as possible. I opted for a beautiful black and white (P.S. trend alert!) geometric-patterned scarf by YARNZ, and the fluffiest, coziest earmuffs I’ve ever seen from Wooden Ships (both pieces from Elizabeth Boutique). I paired these with a long pleated skirt and my favorite black sweater (and my go-to pea coat, of course), and I was as toasty and warm as… toast.
What do you think of my look?
