The Wedding Guru says: With a rental property, do not assume that anything is included unless it’s expressed in your contract. It all boils down to who will oversee the details before and after the wedding. If you aren’t willing to take over these and other site-specific details, then you should find someone — a friend, relative, or anyone you trust — to cover you. A better idea (if you can fit it into your budget) is to hire a wedding planner who’s familiar with what needs to be done and can take control, so you don’t need to ask for a favor or to do it yourself.
