Spice up your Sunday brunch plans with a visit to The Falcon, a cultural mecca of music, art, food and community in Marlboro. Since opening in 2009, The Falcon has hosted talented artists — many of whom were Grammy Award nominees and winners — from around the world, representing a variety of genres: jazz, blues, rock, world music and contemporary chamber music, just to name a few.
Sunday brunch here is set to this melodic backdrop. Guests enjoy great tunes while dining on classic brunch dishes from Executive Chef, Maureen (Mo) Langer. The menu is a mix of breakfast meals — like French Toast stuffed with Brie and brandied apples (left), house-made Corned Beef Hash served with two eggs any style, and omelets — and heartier lunch choices like the Sunny Side Up grass-fed beef patty topped with a sunny-side-up egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion, and served with house-cut fries.
When the weather permits, guests can dine outside on the deck overlooking Marlboro Falls. Be sure to check out The Falcon’s website and Facebook page for information on upcoming musicians and art exhibitions. Sunday brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended, but not required.
