Sure, they’ve got your standard pies, but the open pizza kitchen here also serves up grandma-style, flatbread, and crusts made from stone-ground wheat flour and a blend of seven different grains. But the real find? La Bella is one of the Valley’s only pizzerias to offer deep-dish pan pizza, a hearty, thick-crusted pie baked in a steel cake pan.
