Order up a cup while shopping for tea by type, flavor, region, or caffeine level. Peruse the accoutrements — which run from kettle sets to tea books and gourmet items. At present, this chain has an outpost in Albany’s Crossgates Mall; as we go to press, a mid-Hudson location is getting set to open in the Poughkeepsie Galleria.
