The Canadian Dylan celebrates his 80th birthday with this multi-night performance of his countless classic hits, from “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” to Adult Contemporary Radio standards like “If You Could Read My Mind.”

 

Aug 9: Nelly, TLC and Flo Rida

Santana returns to the site of their 1969 triumph with support from the “What a Fool Believes” hitmakers.

 

Aug 18: John Fogerty

Creedence Clearwater Revival played a late-night set at the original Woodstock, was kept out of the concert film, and thus was largely forgotten as being there. Former frontman Fogerty returns with some help from Grace Potter, the Tedeschi Trucks Band, and more.

 

Aug 25: Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo and Melissa Etheridge

Aug 2: Call Me Ishmael – A Story of Exploitation

Shaneika McIntosh’s production uses the 200th anniversary of Herman Melville’s birth to expand upon the themes of Moby Dick and its connection to modern environmentalism, the brutality of the whaling industry, and the forced migration of black Africans via the slave trade by way of multi-media, spoken word, and dance.

The 30th season of the Bard Music Festival focuses on the works of the Austrian composer Erich Wolfgang Korngold, from his early years as a child prodigy to his late career reinvention in Hollywood. Through Aug: A Century of Lunar Photography and Beyond

This ongoing exhibition celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing by displaying NASA images alongside the oldest surviving lunar images taken in a Westchester observatory in the 1840s, and many creative attempts to get a glimpse of the moon’s surface from the more than a century between them.
