If you’ve ventured outside in the past few weeks, you know the weather is as brisk as ever. While the cold can do a number on your skin, the winter weather and lack of daylight can also affect your mental health negatively. Thankfully, the region hosts relaxing winter wellness retreats for a full body reset heading into the peak of the season. From meditation workshops to spa stays, these retreats offer much-needed activities to help you prioritize self-care in the new year.
