Join Mindful Outdoor Nature Guide Jane Dobson for the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing. Unlike a typical walk in the woods, Forest Bathing is slower and more deliberate, allowing our bodies and minds to reset in the natural environment we evolved from. Nature exposure lowers blood pressure and heart rate, reduces stress, and boosts our immune system and mood. Join any one walk or the full series as we explore different aspects of nature connection. Reconnect with nature, oneself and others. Space is limited, reservations required. Buy tickets at visitmanitoga.org
