July 27: Friends of Taconic State Park 9th Annual Meeting & BBQ Supper The Friends of Taconic State Park, an organization that works to support culture, recreation, and education within the historic Copake Iron Works site, coalesces for a very special meeting featuring a professionally prepared BBQ meal. The New York Air Show, at Stewart International Airport, headlines with the US Navy Blue Angels’ beautiful aerial displays. The event will also feature a flight performance of the Joint Strike Fighter, and the West Point Parachute Team will jump the American flag in for the National Anthem.
