Feb 3: The Subdudes. A national music treasure, the New Orleans-formed group is a living encapsulation of American music, a vibrant cauldron of sounds that stirs together meaty grooves and jazzy dynamics, soulful R&B swagger, easy vocal harmonies, cheeky rock & roll attitude and folky social consciousness — not to mention some of the sharpest musicianship and ensemble playing you’ll ever hear from any four musicians. Led by singer/guitarist Tommy Malone, the band includes accordionist John Magnie, tambourine player Steve Amedée, and Tim Cook on bass. 8 p.m. Tickets: $52/$45. • Emelin Theatre for the Performing Arts, 153 Library Lane, Mamaroneck, 914.698.0098; www.emelin.org               

Feb 3: Rubber Soul. This Beatles tribute band provides a satisfying repertoire of Fab Four classics performing iconic favorites to deep album cuts. The band consists of Jorge Caraballo (guitar, vocals), Jeff Mucciolo (drums, percussion, SFX), John Negrón (bass, vocals) and Peter Parrella (lead guitar, vocals). Feb 7: Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox A genre-busting, rotating collective of musicians and vocalists that re-imagines modern pop hits in the style of jazz and swing classics of the 1920s-1950s. Feb 11: Singer/Songwriter Mary Fahl. Sounding like no other singer of her generation, Mary Fahl is an expressive, emotional singer/songwriter who first achieved fame as lead singer and co-founder of the mid-1990s NYC-based chamber-pop group October Project. The hallmark of their sound was Fahl’s awe-inspiring power vocals over gorgeous melodies played with passion and sophistication. Feb 24: Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company presents: A Pre:SENSE Performance. Pre:SENSE is a dance, music, and digital art performance at the intersection of expressive movement and computational interfaces that explores the difference between the way technologies and human beings see the body. Feb 25:  Leonard Bernstein’s Candide. A semi-staged concert performance of Bernstein’s famous opera, which is based on the immortal comic classic by Voltaire. Stephen Sondheim and Lillian Hellman contributed to Richard Wilbur’s libretto. Feb 25: Ronan Tynan The Walden Rotary presents the acclaimed tenor in concert. At first famous for being a member of the popular PBS-generated group, the Irish Tenors, it wasn’t long before Tynan’s unique voice  and charismatic appeal got him recognized in his own right.
