Shhh… this farm is a hidden gem run by two sisters with a passion for cut flowers. Well, it’s not really a secret, but the flowers grown on the farm’s 18 acres of land certainly call to mind The Secret Garden. Enjoy some beautiful foxgloves in June and fresh chamomile in August or mix and match with dozens of unique options during each of the warmer months. The sisters at Cedar Farm are not afraid to try different arrangements, and their unique flowers can be found at farmers’ markets throughout Colombia County.

The Cutting Garden

Youngsville

Seemingly straight off a puzzle box cover, The Cutting Garden looks too good to be true. Emphasizing the slow flower movement, the yellow garden cottage is surrounded by eye-watering blooms that can be purchased in bulk or personally selected DIY-style. A wonderful day trip for a flower lover, The Cutting Garden lets locals start the morning surrounded by flowers before skipping over to the Domesticities Shop, where upcycled goods and oddities await a new home.
