Homegrown Mini-Golf Course at Kelder’s Farm

With roots in the 19th century, this 100-acre family farm puts the green in putting green. Its on-site, 10-hole mini-golf course is encased by an expansive edible garden, featuring more than 50 varieties of ripening fruits, vegetables, herbs, and grains. Unexpected finds like pak choi, kohlrabi, bay laurel, and hazelnuts are scattered throughout, among the farm’s many seasonal U-Pick varieties. Here, tasting is educational and encouraged for visitors of all ages.

Praying for a hole-in-one? You’re guaranteed to score big at this all-in-one, 18-hole mini-golf course/ice-cream shop in Highland, which is a local family favorite for good reason. Cool off from a heated day of hole-hopping along the green with a whipped cream-topped s’mores sundae or a malted mocha shake. With flavors like amaretto, rum, and, espresso, this frosty fun hole proves it isn’t just for the kids.

Ascot Park

Calling all golf gurus and their mini-me’s: This driving range and mini-golf course is on par with your highest expectations. Bringing a beginner? Help steady their swing on the 18-hole mini before graduating to the big-kid course, which features both a putting and a chipping green. Lessons are available for all ages and skill levels, whether you’re looking for a quick, 20-minute improvement class or an extensive two-hour introduction to the game.

Perfect for imaginative little minds, DC’s 18-hole mini-golf course is a retro favorite, featuring a gigantic pirate ship, magic castle, and multiple colorful playhouses. For something a little more futuristic, step into one of five indoor virtual golf simulators, where you can choose from more than 60 courses and game modes. Hungry? Their restaurant is both kid- and grown-up approved, ready for all your post-putt cravings. They even have a full-service bar, where you can order up and bring your drink around the facility.
