This cider-based cocktail was created by Donnan Sutherland at the Orchard Hill Cider Mill at Soons Farm using Hudson Valley ingredients.
Makes 1 cocktail
• 1.5 oz Harvest Spirits Cornelius Applejack
• .5 oz peach liquor
• 2 oz Soons sweet cider
• Two dashes of Tuthilltown Basement Bitters
Shake, pour in chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a slice of apple doused in Tuthilltown Basement Bitters.
