Mirbeau Inn & Spa

Mirbeau Inn & Spa is scheduled to open in late summer on 2.8 acres within the village of Rhinebeck. It will include 50 guest rooms (each with its own fireplace, walk-in shower and claw-foot tub), a “French-inspired American” bistro & wine bar, and more than 12,000 square feet of spa space.
The Spa Mirbeau and Fitness Center at Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck will serve overnight guests and day spa customers alike. Highlights include an outdoor aqua terrace with oversized hot plunge pool, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, and Himalayan salt saunas.
Mirbeau already operates several AAA-rated properties in Skaneateles, NY and Plymouth, MA; Rhinebeck’s is to be inspired by “French impressionist painters” in its design. Last fall, Spa Mirbeau opened in Albany, a “day resort” which also has a French-inspired restaurant.
Bellefield at Historic Hyde Park

Located on 340 acres on Route 9, just across the street from The Culinary Institute of America, Bellefield at Historic Park is a massive new development that will include two hotels, a number of culinary shops and farm-to-table restaurants, an event barn, an educational center, and residential spaces.
The Inn at Bellefield, a 133-room soft-branded Residence Inn in partnership with the Shaner Hotel Group and in collaboration with Marriott International, is scheduled to open in 2020. It will be joined by a second upscale boutique hotel during a later phase of the project’s 10-year development.
