Lone Wolf has quickly become one of the most talked about cocktail bars in the Hudson Valley after opening their doors in November 2023. Lisa Dy and Anton Kinloch are not new to the Hudson Valley’s hospitality industry, having opened their first concept, Fuchsia Tiki Bar in New Paltz, NY in 2019. The husband-and-wife duo quickly launched their newest project within just two months by completing the renovations and design themselves after the close of Fuchsia in September 2023. Distinguished for bringing the Hudson Valley’s very first tiki and tropical destination featuring New York State’s largest rum collection, they were able to differentiate their new concept in less than year. Lone Wolf has been featured in multiple news outlets, won several awards, and recognized by leading hospitality professionals nationally and internationally for the role they play in raising the bar.
