Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa in Milton, New York, has announced the completion of its recently renovated restaurant, Henry’s at the Farm, located on the Buttermilk Inn’s 75-acre estate on the Hudson River’s scenic banks. Henry’s at the Farm Restaurant began extensive renovations in the spring of this year. It now offers increased capacity in its main dining room, a private dining room with window views into the restaurant kitchen and seating for 30 guests, and expanded outdoor decks overlooking the Swan Pond.
Henry’s at the Farm Restaurant is a farm-to-table culinary experience that is truly rooted in the Hudson River Valley. It draws upon the rich bounty of the Hudson Valley region, sourcing its goods from local farms, artisan food purveyors, and the organic Millstone Farm, located on the property. Henry’s at the Farm Restaurant offers a dinner menu seven days a week, a brunch menu on the weekends, a wine list that includes a featured wine of the month, and a locally sourced cocktail menu.
Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa is a full-service resort property that caters to the needs of its guests, from providing a luxury retreat for couples or groups of friends to hosting one-of-a-kind dream weddings at the estate and offering a unique atmosphere for corporate events and business meetings. The Buttermilk Inn provides a remarkable selection of seventeen custom accommodations, which includes historic Inn rooms that date back to the 1760s, cozy lofts ideal for a couple’s getaway, and a three-story mansion featuring a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the adjacent Hudson River. Multiple pet-friendly accommodations are also available in the lofts, getaway suites, and guest houses.
Spa services at the Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa include massage, body, facial, HydraFacial, and nail therapies. While the main spa is undergoing renovations, all Spa services and treatments are still available at a nearby location on property overlooking the waters of the Hudson River. Spa renovations will triple the current facility space, add an indoor/outdoor yoga deck, and include a salt room and twelve treatment rooms.
Guests at the Buttermilk Inn & Spa are invited to explore the adjacent Millstone Farm, featuring orchards, a kitchen garden that sources Henry’s at the Farm Restaurant, an Animal Sanctuary with several pedigreed female alpacas, an Aviary House that shelters peacocks and heritage breed chickens, and a Livestock Barn with llamas, goats, alpacas, and miniature donkeys.
