Eat Church is more than your average food truck, with rotating menus guaranteed to please true foodies with a lust for spicier dishes. Located in Beacon as Industrial Arts Brewing Company and District Social’s food partner, we offer take-out Thursdays through Sundays. At Gracie’s, we offer scratch-made classic American comfort foods. We bake all of our breads, pastries, and desserts in our in-house bakery, make all of our own condiments like ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise, grind our own beef for our burgers (using local beef!), and we even make our own American cheese! We also love to support local, sourcing all of our eggs and dairy from the Hudson Valley, as well as our salad greens, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and more. Hudson’s Mill Tavern & Catering is the best kept secret in Rockland County. Located in the GARNER Arts & Industrial Center, its warm and friendly atmosphere invites patrons to experience locally sourced cuisine inspired by the eclectic demographic of the Hudson Valley. Among the Hudson’s Mill’s standout features are the 16 beer tap system and monthly special events. In addition to a la carte dining, Hudson’s Mill specializes in on-site and off-site catering.
After operating the famed Il Barilotto in the village of Fishkill for almost two decades, restaurateur, Scott Rosenberg has moved down the street to open “Il Figlio Enoteca.” Il Figlio (translates to “the son”) is a multi-level restaurant focusing on bringing the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean to the Hudson Valley. Combine that with an expansive cocktail and wine program and you have one of the most anticipated restaurant openings for 2021! We are now open on Saturdays for lunch.
Juanita’s Kitchen is a family restaurant serving traditional Mexican favorites. Owner and chef Juanita Medel prepares popular Mexican fare such as tamales, tacos, and tortas, along with classic dishes like mole, enchiladas, and sopes, a hand-made corn tortilla topped with seasoned meats or roasted vegetables. Juanita’s menu reflects the geographical flavors of Puebla, Oaxaca, Veracruz, and others. Her meals are made with fresh ingredients and prepared in the same way that she serves her own family.
Indulge in an elegant three-course Saturday or Sunday brunch in the historic Main Dining Room with menu selections including made-to-order omelets, fluffy pancakes, homemade pastries, delicious salads, sandwiches, and more with views of the Catskill Mountains. The Roundhouse Restaurant serves modern American cuisine inspired by the agricultural richness of the Hudson Valley. Our menus highlight local farms, wineries, distilleries, and all of the amazing food and beverage craftsmen of the Hudson Valley. All of our tables have waterfall and creek views from the Roundhouse building’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Open Thursday through Monday, reservations are not required, but strongly suggested. Walk-ins are always welcome as space allows.
