If you’re looking for out-of-this-world flavor between two buns, you have to try the mighty House Meatball Sandwich at Thyme & Co.! We use local pork from our friends over at Fat Apple Farm in Pine Plains, which we grind fresh in-house. The meatballs are smothered in a traditional Amatriciana sauce, or in other words, a pork-based tomato sauce. Our meatballs sit happily atop a bed of garlic braised greens and are finished off with melted provolone cheese.
