Birdwatching is a popular activity for observers of all ages (just check out our story on it). The Hudson Valley is home to many a feathered friend, though none as regal as our nation’s official bird, the bald eagle.
Lucky for us, eagle sightings have been on the rise along the Hudson River due to conservation efforts. Here are eight great spots to spy bald eagles, courtesy of the Department of Conservation. Don’t forget your binoculars!
