Countdown to Spring (Day 14): Hudson Valley Beer and Cheese Festival

O ne of the Valley’s newest traditions, you can toast to the coming of spring in Kingston during the fourth annual Hudson Valley Beer and Cheese Festival. Co-hosted by Keegan Ales and Aroma Thyme Bistro, the event features a variety of dishes — designed by Chef Marcus Guiliano of Aroma Thyme — that feature the cheeses of local farmsteads and cheese makers. Wash it all down with a selection of libations, hand-picked by brewmaster Tommy Keegan, from area brewers, cider makers, and distillers. What better way to start off spring than with some seasonal drafts and local cheese to match?

Admission includes unlimited samples of both beer and food, as well as a souvenir tasting glass.
