The Cost: The site rental fee ranges based on the season. Peak: $12,000; shoulder: $9,500; and off-peak: $7,250. Catering is an additional cost and needs to be coordinated with an outside vendor.
What’s Included: Access to the grounds and The BARN, homemade birch arbor, two wedding prep rooms, restrooms, 18 rectangular and 17 round banquet tables, enough chairs for your ceremony and a reception of up to 150 guests, heating and cooling, event assistance, and a full afternoon to set up since they only do one wedding a weekend.
