The Essentials: This historic 1860s property, nestled in the heart of Bedford horse country, was lovingly restored by Richard Gere et al in 2007, and, with its reclaimed wood, gourmet cuisine, and Relais & Chateaux designation, exudes an air of blue-blooded rusticity. The Inn has two restaurants, both of which can accommodate small parties.
Rooms: There are two restaurants onsite: The Barn, which is more casual, and Baldanza, which offers fine dining. There’s a yoga studio for classes and rooms at the Inn for guests. The Inn can accommodate 20 to
150 people.

Cost: Site fee ranges from $750 to $15,000 (for a full buyout). Food and beverage minimum in each room, $750–$35,000; $200–$250 per person, depending on whether you choose a buffet, sit-down, or family-style dinner.
What’s Included: Basic rentals including chairs, tableware, linens, glassware, and flatware. A full buyout includes the above, plus a bridal suite the night before and the Inn’s eight rooms for guests the night of the wedding.

Best For: Intimate weddings with an upscale, rustic feel. A celeb couple looking for a low-key yet high-end venue would be at home here, as would a boho bride and groom with deep-pocketed parents, or a couple who enjoy high-quality everything but prefer to eschew ostentation.
