Just down the road from super-chic Rhinebeck, this Dutchess County hamlet (originally named Kipsbergen) is home to an Amtrak station and a charming boutique hotel — and not much else! Check out the Rhinecliff for a weekend getaway, or for their famous Sunday jazz brunch.
