Westchester Magazine’s luxury two-story American Dream Home 2012 — located at the Hudson Harbor site on the banks of the majestic Hudson River — is part of the construction of 27 townhomes, known as “The Carriage Houses.” The architectural inspiration for our artisan treasure was the historic gatehouses and carriage houses dotting Hudson River Valley estates such as Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, and Kykuit. “The Carriage Houses,” which range in size from 2,200- to 2,700-square feet, are built with American-made products and locally sourced materials. They feature expansive floor plans; oversized windows that beautifully frame river views; the latest interior and exterior amenities, top-of-the-line appliances, and exquisite lighting fixtures.
Beginning October 19th, every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., we invite you to tour our beautiful American Dream Home. Come and learn about its historic architecture, artisan details, energy efficient features, and the picturesque Hudson Harbor waterfront community. In addition to viewing all of the beautiful elements of the home, you can actually shop these exclusive items. The American Dream Home is also a Pop-up Shop, featuring hand-selected home furnishings by interior designer Susan Anthony. You may purchase many items in the home, some of which cannot be found in retail locations.
