Governor Cuomo’s mandate that all restaurants and bars in New York State must close on-premise operations and can only offer delivery or takeout rippled through the Hudson Valley as soon as it went into effect on March 16.
Since then, local restaurants have adapted with the coronavirus-related changes by offering takeout, curbside pickup, and no-contact delivery. For anyone who’d prefer to stay home and practice social distancing until the legislation lifts, consider purchasing a gift certificate to support restaurants now and use at a later date.

Beginning April 25, Heritage offers to-go and delivery menus daily from 4-8 p.m. Orders must be placed by phone beginning at 3:30 p.m. Discounted cocktails, craft beer, and wine are available for order as well.
The longstanding Fishkill restaurant offers curbside pickup every Friday and Saturday night from 4-8:30 p.m. Menus vary slightly each week, so visit the eatery’s Facebook page for current dishes.
The Poughkeepsie eatery keeps everyone well-fed with pickup and delivery through GrubHub.
