This 65-acre farm, complete with vegetable fields and an herb garden, is just the dreamy spot for wannabe chefs and farmers. The hands-on summer camp spans such “get your hands dirty” activities as planting, harvesting, and identifying wild edibles. Nature journaling will only strengthen your young one’s connection to the soil.
