: State Assemblyman Marcus Molinaro and longtime local businesswoman Sadie Effron attend the Dutchess County Division of Aging Services’ annual “Celebration of Aging” event at the Villa Borghese. Effron, who is 104, graduated from Marist College in 1979 and is currently continuing her studies at Marist’s Center for Lifetime Study
