To lead the new offerings, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. George Lefkovits serves as a partner on the concept.
Lefkovits, a Westchester resident, is looking forward to making it easier than ever for patients and interested individuals to find the care and expertise they need. While he operates his primary practice as Director of Park Plaza Plastic Surgery in Manhattan, he chose to expand to White Plains after observing that many of his patients traveled in from Westchester for consultations for both surgical and nonsurgical medical spa procedures. The doctor is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology and has been practicing for more than 40 years.

Through the partnership between Lefkovits and The Opus, visitors to the med-spa can now book a variety of new treatments in addition to the existing facials and massages offered at the spa. A variety of fillers and injectables are available, including Botox for corrugator lines, forehead, and crow’s feet, as well as Juvéderm facial filler or volume enhancement. Lip enhancements and lip flips are both nonsurgical offerings for lips, while hair loss treatment with PRP (platelet rich plasma) is an option for those interested in hair growth.
On the line between spa and med-spa services, the glycolic acid peel is ideal for anyone in search of glowy skin. During this treatment, Lefkovits expertly applies the peel, which can help reduce sun damage, even skin tone, support anti-aging, and soften fine lines and wrinkles when done repeatedly (three sessions recommended). The microneedling service is another popular option and focuses on stimulating collagen production using small, sterilized needles.
In addition to the core med-spa lineup, Lefkovits also offers plastic surgery consultations in White Plains. He specializes in everything from breast augmentation and Brazilian butt lifts to tummy tucks and gynecomastia, so individuals can learn more about a variety of services.
