One of the nation’s most prolific cideries calls the Hudson Valley its home. Though its flagship Crisp Apple is fresh and delicious, more exciting things are always brewing at Angry Orchard‘s headquarters in Walden. Variations on the staple ciders are constantly popping up, including some that are super hoppy like an IPA, others that are bone dry, and even hyper-sweet ice ciders inspired by German wine-making techniques. Joining Angry Orchard’s Cider Club enables patrons to sample limited-release experimental brews. Each quarter, the cidery selects three small-batch ciders, highlighting different fermentation techniques, apple varieties, and collaborations. Every selection comes with tasting notes, food pairing recommendations, and recipes that feature the included ciders.
