Variations on the staple ciders are constantly popping up, including some that are super hoppy like an IPA, others that are bone dry, and even hyper-sweet ice ciders inspired by German wine-making techniques. Joining Angry Orchard’s Cider Club enables patrons to sample limited-release experimental brews. Each quarter, the cidery selects three small-batch ciders, highlighting different fermentation techniques, apple varieties, and collaborations.
