These Beacon Falls Apartments Boast Luxury Living, With a Community Feel

The Lofts @ Beacon Falls combine modern amenities with old-fashioned neighborliness.

From a developed food-and-drink scene to an artistic community with DIA as its anchor, the city of Beacon has a lot to offer.

The Lofts @ Beacon Falls, luxury rental apartments with stellar creek and mountain views, can be added to that list.

At first sight, the exteriors resemble repurposed factory buildings, with their brick facing and blocky architecture. But no, this is all new construction — albeit on the site of an old dyeworks.

The Lofts, which sit right on the banks of the Fishkill Creek, adjacent to Beacon Falls, feature modern conveniences, high ceilings, and a sense of community living.

Enjoy a barbecue outside with quaint picnic tables during the warmer months, or hit the gym at the Lofts’ private fitness center. The complex hosts gatherings and impromptu parties to foster a neighborly atmosphere among tenants. Just outside of the complex are plenty of dining and shopping options, like The Roundhouse and Vintage: Beacon, as well as hiking at Mount Beacon.

With 78 units in total, these one- and two-bedroom apartments range from 820–1,376 square feet and offer in-apartment laundry, as well as a parking spot and a city-provided shuttle to the local Metro-North station.
