Sales in general are at a high level not seen since the seller’s market of 2005.

Rockland: $435,000, up 3.6%

Orange: $237,000, up 5.3%

Putnam: $325,000, no change

Dutchess: $262,000, up 3.1%

Rockland: $227,950, up 3.6%

Orange: $152,500, up 5.2% 

Putnam: $209,500, down 4.3%

Dutchess: $182,000, up 5.8%

Rockland: 2,097, up 1.5%

Orange: 3,722, up 9.5%

Putnam: 1,031, down 5%

Dutchess: 2,383, down 2.2%

 

Single-Family Home Price Per Square Foot

Rockland: $213, up 4.9%

Orange: $125, up 1.6%

Putnam: $177, up 0.3%

Dutchess: $164, down 6.2%

 

Single-Family Home Average Days on Market

Rockland: 167, down 6.7%

Orange: 187, down 7.9%

Putnam: 177, down 9.9%

Dutchess: 114, up 2.5%
