Winter Must-Try Dishes
Thyme & Co.
House Meatball Sandwich
If you are looking for out of this world flavor between buns, you have to try the mighty House Meatball Sandwich at Thyme and Co.! We use local pork from our friends over at Fat Apple Farm in Pine Plains, NY, which we grind fresh in-house. The meatballs are smothered in a traditional Amatriciana sauce, or in other words, a pork based tomato sauce. Our meatballs sit happily atop a bed of garlic braised greens and are finished off with melted provolone cheese.

Feeling Kinda Kozy
Brown Sugar Grilled CheeseÂ
An old time favorite with a twist made by the best at Feelin’ Kinda Kozy. This classic meal is wonderfully put together with gooey cheddar cheese, caramelized apples, onions, and brown sugar melted into texas toast with a side of crispy, golden fried tater tots. Comfort food doesn’t have to be complicated, but Kinda Kozy’s Brown Sugar Grilled Cheese takes it to a whole new level. Feelin’ Kinda Kozy is a rare gem that perfects comfort food right in the heart of Fishkill.

Kedem Winery
Limited Release Port Wine
Perhaps the most delightful Port Wine Kedem Winery has ever produced – aged in American oak for 26 years, it showcases intense flavors of raisins, dried figs and vanilla, punctuated with a sweetness reminiscent of clover honey. The nose is equally extraordinary with highlights of fresh roasted almonds, toasted oak and warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves. This delicious wine is a perfect winter time drink that keeps you warm at 18% alcohol.
This is a Limited Release Port Wine that can be found in the Hudson Valley at Kedem Winery in Marlboro.
