Elmsford

At Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. founder Scott Vaccaro’s adjacent Elmsford distillery, the lineup includes a lengthy list of spirits (whiskies, gin, grappa, and more) and canned cocktails. The most popular is the elderflower lemonade, made with the distillery’s vodka. Two additional versions — pink and tropical lemonades — debuted recently.

Brotherhood Winery Homestyle Sangria

Washingtonville

The historic winery blends red wine with real fruit juice to create its popular version of the Spanish sipper, with hints of orange, tangerine, lime, and strawberry. The vineyard also cans its #Bae brand Riesling.

The Roosevelt Bar Negroni

Beacon

As part of its COVID pivot, this Hudson Valley Food Hall bar partnered with Canned Cocktail Company to pack some of its popular craft cocktails into petit cans. There are whiskey-based Old Fashioneds and Manhattans, but we’re partial to the Negroni — a classic mix of gin, Campari, and Cocchi vermouth di Torino.

Pine Bush

Winemaker Todd Cavallo sparked a revival of this traditional beverage, made from a second pressing of wine grapes. At Wild Arc, his piquette is blended with a small percentage of wine to up the booziness, creating the perfect, gently fizzy summer crusher.
