Le Chambord
Le Chambord combines the charm of a European inn with the elegance of an 1863 Georgian Colonial estate. Celebrate Thanksgiving with the Grand Buffet in the Grand Ballroom with choices such as roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing, roast New York strip sirloin steak, honey glazed pork loin, maple-walnut sweet potatoes, salads, and desserts. An à la carte Thanksgiving menu is also available in the four-star restaurant, which includes seasonal fare such as the roasted butternut squash soup with Granny Smith apples and maple cream and a traditional turkey dinner, along with alternative dishes like the seared herb-rubbed ahi tuna with wasabi, pickled ginger, and sesame soy sauce. Complement your meal with a bottle of wine from their robust selection representing the Hudson Valley and beyond. Dinner runs from 11 a.m.––5 p.m. The Thanksgiving Grand Buffet costs $39 per person, children under 10 are half price, and children under 4 dine free. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
