The Hudson Valley Wine Market hosts various local wineries (such as 2013 Best of The Hudson Valley winners Applewood Winery and Millbrook Winery) at their Wine Farmers’ Market. Dads searching for a unique view of the Valley need not look any further — the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome kicks off its season this weekend, offering all fathers admission and a historic biplane ride for $85. This includes access to the museum as well as admission to the air show.

Hilltop Hanover Farm hosts naturalist Wilson Chang to lead a two-hour trek through Westchester. Teaching as he goes, hikers will learn about local flora and fauna.

Got a need for speed? The Poughkeepsie Raceway offers cart racing on New York State’s fastest 1/5 mile asphalt track. Be sure to bring your cheering section along: spectators often have as much fun as the drivers.

The Hudson Valley Renegades hosts fathers and their families for the “Like Father Like Sun Days” game against the Aberdeen IronBirds this Sunday. The first 1,000 receive a free grill set, and lovable mascot Rascal the Raccoon will be on hand for pictures and cuddles for the whole family.
