Bread Alone is always on the rise. The Valley-based family-owned bakery has made some big changes recently: The Kingston headquarters replaced its café with a staff-only cafeteria. And this month, their Rhinebeck bakery is set to reopen after a month-long renovation. Comfy booths and banquettes line the front of the café, leading to the new wood-paneled, modern main dining room. Fans will quickly flock back to the popular spot to enjoy fresh-baked goods and sandwiches—but, we’d argue, in a much cooler atmosphere.
