If you don’t want to make them at home, don a disguise and head over to the bar at Shadows on the Hudson, where your favorite bartender will whip one of them up for you. Cheers.

Farmer’s Demise

What you’ll need:

  • 6 cucumber sticks
  • 2 pineapple spears
  • 1 oz rock candy syrup
  • 2 oz Appleton Rum

What to do:

  1. Shake all ingredients.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with a cinnamon-sugar rim.

What you’ll need:

  • 1¼ oz Cruzan Coconut Rum
  • 8 sage leaves
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ oz rock candy syrup
  • ¼ oz raw egg white

What to do:

  1. Shake aggressively.
  2. Pour over ice into a Collins glass. (Use caution when consuming raw or lightly cooked eggs.)
