Suffern

With a commitment to high-quality seafood, AJ’s makes it easy to taste the freshness in every bite. Order off the sushi bar lunch menu to indulge on an assortment of sushi and sashimi. If you go for dinner, make sure to request the sushi menu (AJ’s also has a Cajun menu if you’re craving a seafood boil). The regular lineup allows for a la carte orders so you can pick and choose between different rolls. If you’re really feeling hungry, however, opt for the all-you-can-eat option to sample and savor across the restaurant’s spread. Top picks include the Cancun roll (a combination of spicy tuna with chili powder) and the Mexican roll (shrimp tempura with avocado, carrots, and spicy sauce).

Aji Sushi

The sushi bar lunch menu offers the option to order any two rolls for $11.50 or any three rolls for $14.95, making it an excellent go-to on a busy day. For other delicious bites, the sushi bar entree menu has choices such as the love boat for two or the special roll combo (Red Dragon roll, California roll, and salmon avocado roll). Vegetable, cooked, and raw rolls are also on the menu for whatever you’re craving.
