From pork to shrimp to chicken fillings, there is truly nothing like biting into a delicately thin dumpling skin to reveal juicy meat in a seasoned broth. Find your new favorite little steamed buns at these Asian hotspots around the Hudson Valley that feature traditional and experimental flavors.
