Countdown to Spring (Day 10): CIA Dining Series

The arrival of spring means a lot of inspired cooking, and for that, we look no further than the Culinary Institute of America.

To our delight, the renowned culinary school is no stranger to outstanding events. Its current dining series kicks off on March 18 at Bocuse Restaurant in celebration of the restaurant’s second anniversary. You’ll enjoy the same meal that Chef Paul Bocuse himself dined on when he opened his eponymous restaurant at the Culinary. The menu consists of peach of foie gras, black truffle soup, lobster with Champagne and caviar, filet mignon, grapefruit sorbet with vodka, and chocolates. There will be an anniversary lunch the following day. Other events during the four-month series include Flavors of Italian Wine, New York Street Food, and A Moveable Feast.
