Pop-up ice cream shop The Dutch Udder has found a permanent home in Troy. Using local dairy products and produce, this Capital Region darling has earned a loyal following for flavors like Pink Velvet Cookie Dough and Chocolate Toasted Coconut served in cool-colored waffle cones.
