Caffé Macchiato, Newburgh, NY: Italian Food in Orange County (Mini Restaurant Review)

A little slice of Italy in Newburgh’s historic district, Caffé Macchiato is owned and run by Edwine Seymour and Barbara Ballarini — a pair of Brooklyn transplants with no prior restaurant experience. And pastry chef Seymour’s desserts — including this indulgent tiramisu — draw raves from local diners.
