Whether your go-to is shrimp and steak or chicken all day, you’ll love seeing your food pop and sizzle at these local eateries.

Love the concept of dinner and a show? It’s always a given with hibachi, the Japanese-inspired practice of preparing food at high temperatures on smooth, show-stopping grills. Add to that a high-energy chef and sizzling, sumptuous meals, and you have a seriously entertaining dinner experience that no one will forget anytime soon.

Here’s where to find the hottest hibachi from Albany to Rockland. P.S. Many restaurants offer discounted specials at lunch if you’re looking to score major flavor for fewer dollars.
