With modern and refreshing decor, YOLO Bistro (an acronym for “you only live once”) offers diners American cuisine in a chic, city-like atmosphere. Customers have been known to salivate over the pan roasted duck breast with plum and port wine sauce (you’ve been warned), while the more adventurous look to the infamous YOLO Burger, Black Angus ground beef stuffed with bacon and Brie. This Poughkeepsie eatery enchanted our editors so much so that we just had to award it “Best New Bistro in the Hudson Valley” (read about it here).
