Owners Devin and Marybeth Mills brought a wealth of New York City restaurant experience to this funky eatery that has been serving up inventive, farm-to-table fare for more than a dozen years. While the menu is small, it packs a big punch with its signature slow-braised, beef short ribs, or one of the daily specials such as pan-roasted Arctic char with organic French lentils, roasted whole shallots, and braised leek beurre fondue.
