Chef Zakary Pelaccio migrated from Manhattan to Hudson — and brought his top-notch cuisine with him. His Hudson hot spot opened in the spring of 2013 in a building that once housed a blacksmith’s shop. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant utilizes local products wherever possible (they even do in-house butchering). Printed on the back of each menu is a detailed list of the local farms and artisans who have produced the ingredients.
