Husband and wife duo Charles Fells and Megan Kulpa Fells serve as both co-owners and Executive Chefs. The pair, who is widely credited with jumpstarting Poughkeepsie’s renaissance, has a bounty of experience in the restaurant industry throughout the Hudson Valley — and even on TV. In 2009, Megan was featured on The Food Network’s hit competition series, Chopped.
