Whether your Valentine’s Day plans include hosting a Galentine’s soirée with the ladies or enjoying a quiet night in with that special someone, you’ll certainly make an impression by serving one of these cocktails, courtesy of our friends at Ketel One. (These all pair well with Hudson Valley chocolate, of course.)

Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel Oranje vodka
½ oz Crème de Cassis
1 oz cream
¼ oz simple syrup
Raspberries (for garnish)
Chocolate (for grating/shaving)
Method:
Combine all ingredients.
Shake over ice, then strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a raspberry and chocolate shavings.

1½ oz Ketel One vodka
½ oz Pom juice
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
Soda water
Rose water
Mint leaves (for garnish)
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except for rose water and mint) in a shaker.
Shake, then strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass.
Top with soda water and garnish with a mint leaf and rose water.

1 oz Ketel Citroen
½ oz Lillet Rosé
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz simple syrup
Sparkling wine
Strawberry (for garnish)
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except for the sparkling wine) in a shaker.
Shake with ice, then strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a strawberry.
