Wilkens Hot Cider

(Makes 16 cups)



1 gallon apple cider
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves



Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Serve hot.
