Tangy Maple-Mustard Glaze (Recipe)


It’s maple syrup season! Here’s one of the Accidental Foodie’s favorite recipes:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine ¼ cup of maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of grainy mustard
  2. Boil for a couple of minutes until the mix thickens
  3. Remove from heat and stir in a tablespoon of Dijon mustard and a tablespoon of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
  4. Use as a glaze on chicken, pork or salmon
